Stephen has over ten years experience in training and providing accounting and Ms excel-oriented solutions. He holds a Barchelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Ghana, Legon, a Certified Diploma in Financial Management (DipFM, ACCA, UK) and also has a certificate in programming (NCR).
Stephen has a number of projects completed and running to his credit. These include:
- Designed and developed the accounting software Easybooks(R) which is currently being used by various organisations in Ghana, Nigeria, the Gambia and Malawi.
- A special Cashbook system for preparing Regional Monthly Returns (including Bank Reconciliation Reports) from all 10 regions to the MOFA Head Office in Accra. The system also incooperates the Government of Ghana 47-digit Chart of Accounts.
- A Treasury Bills Database Management System to keep track of Treasury bill investments by customers.
- A special Cashbook system for preparing Regional Monthly Returns to the CSSVD Head Office in Accra from 7 Regional Capitals of Ghana, under an European Union project.
All these projects were done using Ms Excel.

Richard has over five years experience in training and providing Ms excel-oriented solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting (Greenhill College, GIMPA) and a Diploma in Human Resource Management (Cambridge International College, UK).
Projects worked on by Richard include:
- Developing a Software Package for the processing of documents submitted by all Licensed Buying Companies of Ghana Cocoa Board in respect of cocoa beans that they buy from farmers and sell to Cocoa Marketing Company.
